Group Counselling
At Lakeshore Counselling group therapy involves one or more therapists working with between 3-6 individuals at the same time. With the majority of the population being isolated due to the pandemic, group work is beneficial now more than ever! Clients will often partake solely in group therapy. However, group counselling is also commonly integrated into a comprehensive treatment plan that includes individual counselling.
